An ink tank is not installed properly.
Open the front cover of the printer, make sure the ink tank is installed properly, and close the front cover.

One or more ink tanks might have been replaced when the printer's front cover was opened.
If you have replaced them with new ones, reset the ink counter on the Maintenance tab of the printer driver.
